Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) account only at 1 Rokok. Registering multiple accounts using the same name, phone number, email address, or payment method is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all accounts involved and forfeiture of funds.

Upon registration, you are responsible for:

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name as stated on your MyKad;
• Keeping your password and login credentials confidential;
• Notice 1 Rokok immediately in the event of any unauthorised access to your account;
• Updating your account information should any changes to your personal details occur.

1 Rokok shall not be held liable for any losses arising from your failure to keep your login credentials secure. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

All financial transactions at 1 Rokok operates in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). We accept deposits via legitimate and secure local digital payment methods.

Withdrawal Requirements: The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50. Withdrawal requests will be processed within 5 to 15 minutes for standard withdrawals. Withdrawals of RM 5,000 and above may require additional identity verification before processing.

• Withdrawals may only be made to an account or e-wallet registered in the member's own name;
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited;
• 1 Rokok reserves the right to place a temporary hold on withdrawals while AML (Anti-Money Laundering) verification is in progress;

• Welcome Bonus: Available to new members making their first deposit. A 10x rollover on the bonus amount is required before withdrawals are permitted;
• Weekly Cashback: Calculated based on net losses over a 7-day period. Credited every Monday before noon;
• Free Bet: Must be used within 24 hours of the credit date. Cannot be transferred or directly exchanged for cash;

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or amended by the member;
• 1 Rokok reserves the right to void any bets placed based on incorrect information or odds resulting from technical errors or human error;
• In the event of a dispute regarding match results, the outcome officially declared by the relevant sports governing body shall prevail;
• Bets submitted after an event has already commenced (except for live betting) will be automatically voided;
• The maximum bet limit for each game type is displayed within the game interface and is subject to change from time to time;
• 1 Rokok reserves the right to limit the bet size of any member without being required to provide a reason.
